We believe that being a little kid is about discovering who you are:
- It's about learning about your body and all the amazing things it can do - crawl, walk, run, skip, jump, dance.
- It's about learning how to communicate and share your feelings and ideas with others - make sounds, speak, draw, create, imagine, play.

- It's about taking chances, trying, testing, making mistakes... and trying again.

Children's Discovery Centre is Toronto's only children's museum, joining over 200 children's museums already in operation throughout North America. Our exhibits have been thoughtfully designed by a team of early childhood development professionals and parents specifically for young kids aged six and below, of all physical and developmental abilities, to play and learn in ten discovery zones focusing on: building, moving your body, nature, visual arts, dramatic arts, music, pets, nutrition, reading and 'first discoveries' (for babies only).
Children's Discovery Centre is helping to build a city that includes the growing needs of its newest and youngest residents who are transforming the shape and character of Toronto's urban neighbourhoods.
