The Children’s Discovery Centre is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect, use, store, transfer and disclose your personal information. By using this website (the “Site”) you agree to your personal information being processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We may collect the following personal information about you when you access our Site: name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, age, and payment information (including without limitation your credit card number. We may collect non-personal information about you when you interact with our Site, including computer and technical information about your means of connection to our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, operating system, Internet service provider and other similar information. We may use this information to improve our Site and provide services such as technical support. We may also provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to reputable third parties, but this data will not include personally identifiable information related to specific individuals.
OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S POLICY
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, we never collect the personal information from those we actually know are children or under 13, and no part of our Site is structured specifically to attract anyone under 13.

Please be aware that, even if you have opted out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still contact you for other purposes. For example, we may contact you to provide other newsletters or other communications you have consented to receive or if you contact us with an inquiry.
TRANSFERS AND DISCLOSURE OF PRIVATE INFORMATION
We will transfer or disclose your personal information in limited circumstances, including when processing your payments. We may also disclose your personal information with your consent, when required or permitted to by law, or in the event of a corporate amalgamation, reorganization, change of control or sale. COOKIES
We use cookies and pixel tags to track users of our Site. Cookies are pieces of information stored on a user's computer by a website so preferences are remembered on future requests.
